Ourvita expanded its global manufacturing footprint into China through the acquisition of Braveiy, a specialist manufacturer founded in 2006. With capabilities spanning tablets, capsules, softgels, powders and liquids, the facility strengthened the group’s ability to support health & beauty brands across international markets.

The acquisition marked a significant milestone in Ourvita’s growth, providing direct access to one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing health & beauty markets while enhancing its global manufacturing capabilities.

The acquisition of Laboratoria Natury in Lublin, Poland, significantly expanded Ourvita’s format capabilities with the addition of gummies and bites. Founded in 2001, the facility also strengthened the group’s liquid manufacturing expertise, further enhancing its ability to support evolving consumer preferences across the health & beauty sector.

This strategic investment broadened Ourvita’s end-to-end offering, enabling brands to access an even wider range of innovative product formats through a single global partner.

The acquisition of HBI Health & Beauty Innovations from DCC plc marked a defining moment in Ourvita’s growth journey. Adding nine specialist facilities across the UK, USA and Austria, the acquisition significantly expanded the group’s global footprint, technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities.

The addition of industry-leading businesses, including Thompson & Capper (founded in 1798), EuroCaps, Laleham Health & Beauty, Design Plus, Ion Labs, Amerilab Technologies and Richard Bittner AG, brought together centuries of scientific, manufacturing and operational excellence. The acquisition strengthened Ourvita’s capabilities across product development, formulation, manufacturing and packaging, while expanding its presence into key international markets.

This transformational milestone established Ourvita as one of the largest and most comprehensive health & beauty CDMOs in the industry, with the scale, expertise and global reach to support brands from concept to commercialisation.
